AUTOMATIC Running Operation on Injection Molding Machine

AUTOMATIC operation carries out continuous operation from mold closing to product ejection.
(The following descriptions are given on condition that resin has been supplied and barrel heating up has been completed before starting operation.)
Use the operation controller to operate the machine by following the procedure below.
[1] Press [AUTO] of the OPERATION selector button.
[2] Confirm whether there is no residual substance in the mold.
[3] Press the [CYCLE] push button.
The machine starts one cycle operation automatically.
NOTES: Machines with 1200mm <47.2in> or larger distance between tie rods require safety
gate open/close movement before pushing [CYCLE] push button.
Machine can’t start AUTOMATIC operation if the Ejector is not on the retract position.
Press [RETRACT] of the EJECT button in MANUAL mode until the LED lights, then start AUTOMATIC operation.
